While we were not able to complete the project I wanted to share how positive our experience was with them. We came to them with a set of house plans we had already found, and they were great about working with what we brought in. They were also willing to draw and design the plans from the beginning if we wanted to go that route, which I thought was a really nice option. Everyone we dealt with was easy to talk to, helpful, and willing to answer all of our questions. We never felt pressured, and they took the time to go through different ideas and options with us. I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you're considering building a custom home. We had a great experience with them and really appreciated how they handled the whole process."

"Andy did a complete bathroom remodel for us. This was a custom build project and he had a lot of good ideas to improve the design. He removed an old existing shower and tub and custom built a new large walk-in tile shower. He replaced the old vinyl flooring with a new tile floor. Andy also re-routed some plumbing and installed a new vanity for us as well. His pricing was very reasonable and we felt that we got a lot of bang for our buck. Andy was very cordial, conscientious, and hard working. We often left him alone to run errands, and had no problem doing so. I would highly recommend his company. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
