"Great company on a number of levels: 1) Price - I spent a few weeks getting estimates for gutters and K&K was easily one of the best value prices, especially compared with some of bigger companies nearby e.g. Thrasher whose quote was three times as expensive. 2) Didn't try to upsell - I went with the standard 5inch K style gutters to match my existing gutters. These were great, Chris did not push toward purchasing more expensive options. While other companies recommended adding expensive extra sections, Chris was upfront and let me know that they were unnecessary and would do almost nothing to protect my roof or foundation. 3) Quality of work - As far as I can tell the quality of work is great, the gutters look to have been solidly installed. 4) Service recovery/honesty - there was a small miscommunication about one section of gutters. When I let K&K know they looked into it, were completely honest and open about where the miscommunication came from and sorted out the issue the same day I brought it up. Great price, great quality product, and very willing to sort out any issues ASAP! Definitely recommend you get a quote from these guys!!"
