"I had a great experience with this company. My air conditioner went out during the worst heat wave of the summer. I called several Angie' s List heating and cooling companies for estimates and availability for quick relief from the heat. I called Climatech on a Sunday night at 7:30 pm. They said they could install the very next day and had the best price of those I called. By early afternoon I had a new working air conditioner! They were men of their word. "We pay yearly but we have this is included with our rental property. They are pretty good on most things. We had a hot water heater replaced and they did an excellent job on that. They are very quick on their response. They dont come out here. It is all done on the internet.  I just like the idea that one time service charge is so much better than trying to hiring someone to come in. It is more about convenience. It pays for itself."

  • Shaking or Rumbling: Loud rumbling or shaking from the tank can be a sign of extreme pressure buildup.

  • Excessive Heat: If the exterior of the water heater feels unusually hot to the touch, the unit may be overheating dangerously.
