Water Heater Installation and Replacement
JC Plus Plumbing responded within 5 minutes of my inquiry. They quoted me a fair price and installed a new water heater the same day. Other plumbers wanted to have someone out to look at the job first before they could make an estimate. JC Plus didn't waste any time and got right to work. They replaced my leaking water heater with quick professional service.

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
They did not do what I wanted, a cheap way of fixing the faucet, it was ugly. I undid what they did. They fixed the toilet and then it did not work. On Saturday, the toilet would not flush at on. I called them to come back to fix the problem.

"The toilet was fixed at no additional charge. We told her our idea about the wall hydrant. She agreed to it. After we were done we asked her if it was acceptable. She said yes. We also insulated 30' of water piping in the basement. We charged a little less than $215. We sent her an invoice and told her it would cost around $500 to move the wall hydrant. She has not responded to the estimate. Why did she not tell us she did not like the way it looked when we were at her home? Her hydrant is not easy to relocate. It requires drilling a concrete wall, pipe, fittings, and a new hydrant. We would be happy to do this for her."
