Clem was a constant and reassuring presence on-site, informing us continually throughout the process to ensure our level of confidence and understanding. As he put it, "I am here to take care of you." He meant that, and he certainly did. We can enthusiastically state that working with, and completing our foundation project with Groundworks was a GREAT experience!"

The installer, Mel Martinez, contacted us in the morning and said they were doing another job first that day in our town and that they would be in touch to tell us exactly what time they would arrive onsite for our repairs.

Mel did exactly that. He and his crew arrived at the stated time, did the work in less time than they anticipated and cleaned the work area up  and were very polite in the process. The basement area was left actually cleaner than when they started the
