The house I purchased has a one year builders warranty from the date of purchase. I was having issues with my shower leaking onto the bathroom floor I called the provided multiple times and they said they would be out to look at it multiple times and never showed up any of the times, it was probably around 3 or 4 times. I am fully capable of fixing the issue myself but its under warranty so I didn't need to do it myself. After having the provided never show up and even look at the issue I just fixed the problem myself and the shower no longer leaks. Another issue with their installation was the caulking seam between the counter tops in the kitchen and the bathrooms was pulling away from the walls. After the issue with the shower I didn't even bother contacting the company again, I just fixed this one myself right away. Overall I will never use this provider again and would never recommend them to anyone, terrible customer service. In the beginning everything was fine, as we went on we noticed little things taking longer, longer times they were gone, never there all day, never prepared for the days projects. In the end of everything we noticed the finish on the walls after paint was not correctly done, you can see where all of the drywall/mud seams are, the texture on the walls is not done right. Our trim work, well polity put, looks like beginners work. None of it blends together, there are gaps on some that you can put a nickel in between. And to top it off we picked a certain trim to go in our home and he went with a whole different plan than what we picked! The final issue is the paint job, which is true work of a non professional painter! Along every wall they painted it bleeds in to the ceiling and looks awful. Were we decided to have 2 different colors meet, there is a white line down the center. In the beginning the project was suppose to take 4-6 weeks and in the end it took 11 weeks, and that is because we fired them. As if a going through a fire was bad enough, dealing with a fraud of a company was worse! Through the whole project we had to deal with Jason not having the financial ability to support our project and had to deal with his bank and pay his bank to ensure we would not have liabilities to them in the process! We drained our savings to keep him a float out of guilt! Over all we were told a lot of lies to give him the job in desperate need to get back in to our home and all we got was lies out of the Owner- Jason Siedschlag. I wouldn't recommend this company for any work what so ever "},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ne/unknown/axius-services-reviews-7908340.htm"},"position":7}]}

FAQs for dock building and repair projects in Norfolk, NE
The most significant factor in knowing whether to repair or replace your dock is the extent of the damage and its age. If you have minor cracks on a few boards and the dock is less than 15 years old, it'll likely be worth repairing the damaged part. However, it's time to replace this essential water feature if you have significant damage, such as rotting wood in multiple areas, warps or cracks in the dock supports, or a damaged foundation.
Docks can last between 20 and 30 years, provided regular maintenance has been performed. Upkeep tasks like staining your dock annually to prevent water damage, repairing broken elements quickly, and using dock covers regularly will help extend your dock’s life. Your dock is likely nearing the end of its lifespan when it shows signs of rot, rust, and foundation damage.
The cost of repairs to your dock depends significantly on the severity and location of the damage. For minor repairs, such as replacing bumpers or patching a few cracks, you can expect to spend $100 to $800. For more extensive repairs, such as replacing decking or dock reinforcement, the cost increases to $800 to $2,000. Consult a local dock repair service to determine the estimated cost of your dock repairs.
Ideally, it's best to stain your dock once per year. Applying stain doesn't just keep it looking nice and new; it also helps extend the dock’s lifespan. Since you want to ensure water levels are at their lowest, it's best to have this project done by a professional dock repair service in the cooler autumn or early winter months.
The cost of a new dock can range from $3,000 to $30,000, depending on the extent of the project size, location, and additional features.
For example, a boat lift can range from $1,000 to $8,000. The ladder you'll need for your dock can be anywhere from $100 to $800, not including installation. In addition, the decking you'll need for your dock can cost between $15 and $30per square foot.
