The customer service team answer the phone is very short and rude on the phone. I got a bid but it didn't include the backyard even though I asked for it. Customer service said the person who went out had spoken with the tenant but just never went in the back because it was requested. Simple misunderstanding but I was told I am wrong not professional. Didn't try to find a solution. I do not recommend this company

I had Elden come to check out my system. Not only did he fix it professionally, he spent time with me to explain how to use the system setting the number days, watering specific plants, etc. He was amazing! I will always use this company, especially Elden!

Person did not adjust for over spray on to the porch. There is a big dry spot because he didn’t adjust the spray. One sprinkler was broken and I had to get another company to come out and fix everything. Also, the guy was here 5 minutes is all. A complete rip off. Never use Sprinkler Doctors!!!!

Jason was awesome, finished, tested and cleaned up everything very quickly and professionally. Answered every question I could think up. He even added additional emitters for my newly-planted trees and made suggestions on how and where to add irrigation for where I added new plants without thinking about how they’d get watered. The receptionist quoted me a $65 service fee for one hour to just have a tech come to "fix" my sprinkler system, even though I told her several times that I felt I was going to need a completely new system. She said the owner only works part of the year, my appointment for a quote would be almost a month out, now he's really busy, etc. VERY unprofessional call, no appointment made.
