We contacted Erick B., the supervisor, and asked him to come to our home location and discussed our concerns and requested another attempt to raise the foundation wall. Erick agreed and scheduled the appointment. We requested the same crew, as they were very courteous and respectful; they arrived with more appropriate equipment and were able to raise our foundation wall to our satisfaction. "I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"Had to wait on the contractors. Nature of the game. We understand. But the contractors were very good at their job and professional. All we paid was a deductible of $75.00. The majority of the work was guaranteed depending on the contractor and what part needed replacing. We got our choice of who we wanted to come out to the house which was a good feeling. The one thing we were not too happy about was how the deductible kept going up every year and the cost of the coverage as well. If AHS would keep their rates down, we'd still be with them today."
