Groundworks crew installed five helical peers and attempted to raise our foundation wall; unfortunately, the crew was unsuccessful. We contacted Erick B., the supervisor, and asked him to come to our home location and discussed our concerns and requested another attempt to raise the foundation wall. Erick agreed and scheduled the appointment. "I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

We have a deductible, and we pay a one time charge. Their pricing is a variation. There is a plan with $75 and some with $125. If you go with the lower premium than it is going to be more. They got the job done, and they recommend the contractor. When you call them they say this is the closest. They provide the service by the contractors. It depends on the contractors. Most of the time it is good. I'm going to use them again."
