Excellent work completed and wall looks great while solving our landscape issues. They also built a platform deck for our above ground pool to allow easy pool access. I called Rosendo and he offered to come back and see if he could do something. He promptly returned and they were able to remove the paw prints. This was above and beyond what I would expect. "Epp Foundation repair has consistently done great work for us. In this case our basement had a hairline crack where the concrete forms met. We also discovered the drain tile that goes around the base of our foundation wasn't draining correctly. We identified the water in our basement from baseboard swelling. We called Epp. Ryan Frees responded, scheduled an investigation, showed up on time, and dug into the root cause. In this case we opened up the wall to find the point of water ingress then measured to find the location outside our home. For the drain tile I showed Ryan where it was at and we discussed how to mitigate both issues. Ryan took lots of pictures and provided a thorough write up on the approach to mitigate the issues and the cost. We accepted the bid, paid the deposit, and got the work scheduled. Hunter was assigned the project. We received email notifications to remind us of the date/time the work was being done. Hunter called us the day before as well as an hour before the work was performed. His crew and he showed up on time and completed the work early... you wouldn't even know they dug a trench in our yard to run solid drain pipe out to a pop-up emitter. The crack in the foundation was ground out, drilled into, seam sealed with epoxy and injection points, and then pressurized epoxy was injected to seal and bond the foundation together. It was a great experience and our basement is now dry! I highly recommend Epp Foundation Repair!"

"Contractor was chronically late for all appointments by 2-3 hours. He stayed and worked well into the evening, even in the dark. I appreciate that he got it done eventually, but did not like having someone there till 9:30 at night. He did a good job on the concrete stairs - they look great. He left a mess in my basement when he repaired the front stoop. He also used a folding chair in my basement to stand on without asking - it is now a mess. For the wood railing on the back stoop, I specifically asked for a 4-5" space to be left under the bottom of the railing so I could sweep snow off in the winter. I also wanted the railing going down the stairs. At first, he did not want to do this (said something about code did not require it for the 3 steps going up) but it was part of the estimate that I approved. I asked him to fix the space under the railing and put on the railing for the stairs. He did come back and fix all to my satisfaction. Very nice guy, just not punctual or professional.
