"I sent in a quote on a Sunday Tyler got back to me the next day made a appointment for that week. I wanted to replace the Oak blinds I had, to the duel shades within two weeks I had them. Tyler and his associates were very respectful, friendly, timely, they understood what I wanted. My daughter was so impressed with Tyler she ordered from him. "Evidently he didn't measure my kitchen window properly; because when he came to install it it didn't fit. I've called him twice to come back and correct it. He said he would, but he never did. He was a very pleasant man to visit with, a good personality. For the most part, the other window treatments have been alright."
