Shane contacted me shortly after purchasing the voucher online. We set up a time to meet for an estimate. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He gave me several choices as to levels of cleaning. Our windows had not been cleaned for several years and there was paint on the windows from the previous owners. He gave a recommendation as to what the windows needed and I agreed. He scheduled the cleaning visit for a time that was convenient for me. His employees came and performed the work efficiently.
