"this is the 2nd time I have used Randolph Vacuum. Great experience both times. They replaced the motor of this Kirby 12 years ago and it continues to work perfectly. The vacuum is 30 years old. This time, they replaced the outbag for a more than fair price and repaired the hose that blows the debris into the inner, replaceable bag. I will use them again and recommend their services. Very considerate and completed the work in 48 hours."
