"Alessandra came to my home earlier this month to take care of my house roof and gutters and was amazing to work with! She made a special second trip out to meet with me to add on my garage roof. Everything has been very easy so far. She gave me all of my options and helped me build my dream package for my home. I would definitely work with her again in the future!"

"Fantastic contractor. Talked to the owner on Tuesday while they were doing a roof on house around corner from my house. He came by couple hours later to look at my house to give estimate. We agreed on price and next morning crew arrived and they stripped and reroofed my 2 story house in 2 days. Impressive how fast and efficient they were. Price was unbeatable. They finished and cleaned up like they were never there. Can't say enough positive about them. Don't even waste your time talking to other roofing contractors, this is the company you will want to use for sure."

Roofing questions, answered by experts

16-gauge galvanized steel staples with a minimum crown of 15/16 inches or 24 millimeters are occasionally used to install shingles. However, most shingle manufacturers or residential building codes don’t recommend staples as a roofing fastener. Roofing nails are preferred in most cases, especially in areas that get a lot of heavy wind.

Yes, gable vents can let water in. That being said, this usually only occurs during extreme conditions like heavy rainfall. You can prevent water from entering through gable vents by adding a screen that traps the water before it can enter.

A properly installed, high-quality tarp can be left on a roof for up to 90 days. However, this is only a temporary measure and not a substitute for proper roof repair or replacement. Thinner tarps or those exposed to heavy wind and rain may not last the full 90 days, so it's important to monitor the tarp's condition to ensure it continues to protect your roof from the elements.

Unlike wood decks, Trex decking doesn’t warp. That’s one of the key benefits of installing this decking material. Over time, common issues with these decks include hard water stains, mold or mildew growth, and stains from food spills. Thankfully, with proper cleaning, you can get rid of most stains and mold.

A tarp can temporarily stop a roof leak, but how long the solution works heavily depends on the placement and size of the leak. While a tarp can be a temporary solution, it’s crucial to have a professional inspect and repair the leak as soon as possible to implement a permanent fix.
