"We had them do 3 bathrooms. This was no small task as we removed part of one wall and removed a pass-through closet; however, in one week they were able to install 2 bathtubs and tub to ceiling wall system, a shower and floor to ceiling wall system, plus all the ceiling and wall drywall fixes necessary. The materials come from the great state of Texas and feel solid. There is a franchise in South Dakota now, which made the process so easy. The sub-contractor was very detailed oriented and a perfectionist, what every homeowner needs for a bathroom area, where water can cause some expensive issues. The local salesperson/co-owner is intimately involved in the whole process. At this point the project has been done for 2 days and we are very happy. Additional updates may be made as time goes."

Andy come to our home to look at our remaining windows, get us set up with new windows, & schedule the installation. Instead of just focusing on the remaining windows needing replacement he first checked the windows that had been replaced last year. He discovered a few things that need repair or fixing & scheduled a technician to come out on Friday to get those fixes completed. Andy was thorough & great to work with!"

"Overall a disappointing experience. Jill is really nice on email and asks all the right questions-we sent pics of our room from all angles, specific measurements and actual blueprints of the room for her to use in her design. She is good about asking what style you like, and really seems to love what she does. That said, the turnaround time for this was crazy-I didnt get the finalized concept board until April 4 2012. To be fair there was lag time when I was searching for blueprints for her-and she apologized many times for the delays due to the response of the Angies List promotion. It would have been worth it if the concepts/furnishings she provided wowed me, but we haven't used a single thing that she suggested despite lots of time spent telling her what styles etc we wanted, and she didnt completely address a couple of my primary concerns which were how to utilize the deep shelf space in the room and lighten up the overal area. I got some good ideas from Jill, and I love that her concept ideas come in an email with click through links to the furnishings/colors she suggests-quick satisfaction there! I am disappointed in this experience overall, and glad it was not a "full price" disappointment. "
