"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

DittoBee is a national photo scanning plus audio and video transfer service company. All photos are scanned in the USA and are never shipped over seas. We digitize photos and save them to a DVD or CD using the latest scanning technology. We have packages starting at $55 for 200 photos and also offer solutions for larger orders. Once a customer places an order on our website we will email them a prepaid UPS shipping label and packing instructions on how to send us their photos. When the photos are received at our facility we carefully scan them and return the originals to the customer along with a DVD with within 3-4 weeks.
