In a follow-up phone call, I authorized Greg to replace the existing locks (in addition to the new deadbolts) on the home if needed as they were the originals and likely needed replacing. After stopping on site to inspect the doors and framework, EZ Locksmith completed the entire job within a couple of days to my parents complete satisfaction.
