The "front office" would let me know by either phone or email when the project would start, and then Tony and would give me updates. All and all the whole process went smoothly. The only thing that was not to my satisfaction was that the person I spoke to originally about my needs included a smoke detector and alarms yet I should have gotten door and window. I spent more than I had planned even though I returned the smoke detector. I think the alarms are very good and easy to handle. I'm happy with them."

They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before.
