During that year, we had multiple conversations with him regarding the scope of our project, and he was as willing to contract the scope as to expand it. He wrote several proposals for us, so we could see the financial impacts of our different scope options. Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout! His team installed everything in one day, and all who worked on our project were extremely courteous and professional. We have been very impressed with the quality of the work. "My husband and I came home from visiting family over the holidays to a busted pipe in our basement. It was the main water line coming into the house. There was a river coming out of our garage and 3 inches of water in our basement. Not exactly what you want to come home to from being on the road for 10 days. Next day I called Pro-Worker and someone was sent right away to assess the damage. Steve was great and within 20 minutes I had a reasonable quote. Next day Steve came back with an excavator to dig up and fix the pipe. Leading up to Steve's arrival, I was kept in the loop of the estimated time of arrival. We had called other commercial names in town. One gave us a quote 4 times greater. Told us it would take half a day and a crew of men to complete. A couple of others told us they couldn't get to us until the end of the week, even though we told them we had absolutely no running water. Pro Worker/Steve came with one other guy and was done in just a couple of hours. As you can tell by the length of this post, I can't say enough great things about Pro Worker. We would definitely use them again and suggest them to anyone!"

"I was very pleased with my experience with Carolina Home Exteriors. Our job was difficult as we were replacing old windows on the 2nd floor and the home exterior is asbestos siding. Brian and Danny were wonderful. The job took longer than anticipated but that is because they had to be very careful working around the asbestos siding. Their work was top notch, excellent quality. They cleaned up beautifully every day, vacuuming debris and cleaning the new windows. They were very professional in their interactions with me throughout the week. In fact, I was so happy with the quality of the framing they were doing around the window exteriors, I asked them to do an additional job to frame the inside of a window in our bathroom that is going to be tiled soon. I would definitely recommend them and use them again."
