"We’ve had 2 landscape contracts performed by Frederick Landscaping Inc. The first included paver installation for 2 pads and walkways to them, 15 Sabal Palms, electrical to both pads, 2 lamp posts on each pad, assembly of a gazebo over the jacuzzi, wiring for the jacuzzi, up lights on all of the palms, rerouting existing sprinkler system, etc. The work was done very well and professionally at a fair price (beat out 2 other landscape companies). Justin quickly addressed a couple of issues with the installation and we were very satisfied with the end result. We awarded the second bid to them without competing bids based on how well they did on the first contract."

Jimenez of LMJ General Construction LLC contacted me and visited my home to review the gazebo. He obtained the gazebo name and model number and downloaded the assembling instructions provided online (pdf). Once he reviewed the 111 steps guide, he contacted me and provided me a fair quote for the job. In addition, he was able to install the gazebo within five days of contacting me. In conversation with Luis, I also asked what other work his company perform, and he mentioned concrete, carpentry, renovation, etc. I had recently had a concrete patio installed and Luis was able to seal the concrete for me in addition to installing the gazebo. I would highly recommend LMJ Construction LLC for your project. The team arrived timely (8:00 a.m.) on Saturday morning, March 26 (a crew of three) and did an outstanding job assembling the gazebo. After assembling he also cleaned up the work area and stacked the cardboard boxes. I was also satisfied with the sealing of the concrete. "My house looks beautiful. The product is very nice. Cost was a bit higher but they replaced wood that was rotted with no additional cost. They replaced a storage floor and did a great job. It did take twice as long as quoted...some weather issues, small crew."
