"Superior work at an excellent price. We had priced out other vendors and being from Northern Virginia were everyone had a rear yard deck we were familiar with having a deck built. This deck is the most beautiful we've seen. Mr. Wells was very intuitive when helping us plan our deck. He offered several custom suggestions that were not expensive but added a custom look. The gentlemen doing the install were indeed craftsmen, from the quality of the lumber used, the underneath framing, to the benches that seem to float on the deck, the flower boxes, the stairs and the exact degree of tilt to the bench backs. They took our plans and turned them into something remarkable. I was wrong in thinking that the construction had broken my sprinkler line (turned out to be just poor drainage in a part of the yard), but when I called to express that concern Mr.. Wells dispatched a gentleman in the sprinkler repair business who patiently researched my sprinkler line, dug in a few spots to be sure and assured me that the line was intact. Come time to stain the deck Mr. Wells has a gentleman available who can do that. All in all a very satisfying experience. My every question was answered promptly and with courtesy.
