He did not write it down until after the appointment, which was my fault, because I trusted his word. The day of installation, the fence was 3 feet shorter into my yard than it is supposed to be and does not even go to the edge of my lot. I have now lost 1/2 of my yard and I am just absolutely beyond disgusted and p***** off. I had a wonderful other company that came out and gave me a quote that I wish I would have gone with instead but I stupidly used T&T because I’m in a new subdivision and was recommended by the sales office…HUGE MISTAKE!! He pointed out the major structure issues with the tresses in the attic, joists, as well as other red flags, that would cause problems later.
