"thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I assumed I would only (!) need to have that section of the home jacked up and the foundation repaired. Brian returned my call quickly, and met me and my realtor at the house (was a 45 min. drive for him) to give me his opinion and verbal price quote. Many contractors/carpenters would have just focused on the project and the money involved, but Brian wanted to see WHY the house had sunk. "Glenn is an extremely professional, friendly, and reasonable man and Coast to Coast is the only company I will use in the future for any interior/exterior painting.  His quote to paint the entire 2400sqft 2-story house and a large deck (approx 8x35) was $4650 which I found to be quite reasonable.  I had received 2 quotes about 18 months prior that were $1000-$1500 higher.  Glenn requested that I find a professional carpenter to fix the rotten spots (which he assessed while pressure washing) prior to beginning painting.  After having 3 different carpenters come out, none were willing to do it due to the danger and inaccessibility of the spots.  Glenn then fixed those spots for $1000 which again I thought was quite reasonable based on their location.  His crew hand-painted 2 coats on our hardy-plank home and 2 coats of stain on our cedar trim.  They did an OUTSTANDING job caulking everything which the house was in dire need of after not having been painted in 16 years.  The house looks great and the attention to detail was very impressive, I haven't seen any imperfections yet.  Glenn exceeded my expectations.
