Jimenez of LMJ General Construction LLC contacted me and visited my home to review the gazebo. He obtained the gazebo name and model number and downloaded the assembling instructions provided online (pdf). Once he reviewed the 111 steps guide, he contacted me and provided me a fair quote for the job. In addition, he was able to install the gazebo within five days of contacting me. In conversation with Luis, I also asked what other work his company perform, and he mentioned concrete, carpentry, renovation, etc. I had recently had a concrete patio installed and Luis was able to seal the concrete for me in addition to installing the gazebo. "Very good, 12 yards of top soil were brought in to level off and fill in holes in the back yard so the yard would stop being cut out and wouldn’t hold water in the holes. Work was done with a skid steer and a yard rake. Work was done in a fair time and the finished product looked great. I now have grass growing in the bare/low spots of the yard that are no longer low and my yard is no longer washing out."
