Hales cleaning services is all about leaving your home spic and span. I do everything from ceiling to floor. That includes dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dishes, laundry, windows, organizing. Anything you can think of. I have been in this business for 6 months and am a owner operated business. Cleaning is a hobby and I thoroughly enjoy it.

The services range from stripping and buffing floors, purgation, deodorizing, sterilization and sanitation. Other services includes blinds and window cleaning, restrooms and additional services that may be needed with great attention to detail and ALWAYS keeping the client in mind. In lieu of the forementioned services, I am also available for light fixtures and maintenance.

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
