"We had an installer perform an install in Gastonia and the hardware did not arrive so we hired Scott to complete the project, he went above and beyond. He took the initiative to fix problems that the electrician and our previous installer had made. He went and searched for a mount himself around town that would fit the TV properly. "Vendor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and said I needed a new ceiling fan. He called Choice, We waited approximately 10 minutes for a call back and an approval to replace the ceiling fan. He went out the truck and brought in a new fan and mounted it. I did have the option of going out to buy a specific make and model vs their replacement one and then he would mount it if I desired. Great service, I am glad I switched to Choice when my last warranty came up for renewal."
