He had to come twice as Tenant was a no show 1st time, He came again found the source of the leak (a leaky faucet in upstairs Bath). Gave a fair estimate an repaired the ceiling an replaced faucet. "We hired Mold Test Company to conduct post testing on a home damaged by a hurricane. They had the best price point of any of the companies I contacted, but you get what you pay for. After my initial contact with the company, I could not reestablish contact with them for over a week as their phone system was having issues. I was about to hire another company when I received a follow-up call from them. At this point I was advised they were having phone problems and I decided to go ahead and hire them for our testing. The technician that conducted the testing was professional and overall provided a positive experience. We were told that we should receive the results of the test in about 48 hours. It took 11 days and multiple calls and emails to get our results. We were initially provided with an inaccurate report that stated visible mold was found in the home. There was no visible mold in the home so when we asked the analyst about it he stated that some of the information in the report was prepopulated and must not have been changed. While reviewing the results with us,the analyst said he could refer us to a company for further remediation products. We were soon greeted by an unprofessional salesman from the other company trying to sell very overpriced remediation products. Our home is under contract and the lack of professionalism dealing with mold test company may put our sale in jeapordy. At this point, I feel like we will more than likely have to hire another company to conduct the testing again. With all of the miscommunication and lack of attention to detail I fear our test from these guys may not be valid. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money for a reputable local company."
