The addition at my garage is a great help with a handicapped wheelchair van, so that I now have room for the ramp to open in order to get wheelchair out. They were here on time as promised with everything they needed to get the job completed. These are hard working people who want to please their customers. Before you hire anybody give me a call I guarantee that I'll beat the price of any other "contractor" in Winston Salem, Kernersville, Greensboro, and High Point and all surrounding areas. Our quality stands above most expectations and the products are top of the line guaranteed.
"The overall project took about three months. The construction, wiring and plumbing were done effectively and decently. Several things weren't explained very well, if at all. My biggest complaint is that two different items we bought (which we were told would be reimbursed) were not looked at ahead of time. The plumbing was done incorrectly so the shower kit we really wanted couldn't be used. The shower rod wouldn't fit after the tiling. Checking items the client wants to use beforehand is common sense. Pretty disappointing, especially since we bought it toward the beginning of the project so it couldn't be returned (and wasn't reimbursed). J. Ashley did come out after the project was finished to repair an outlet, which was above and beyond his contractual obligations. I would recommend J Ashely for smaller, straight forward work like flooring, but not for anything major or complicated."
