"John was excellent - he responded within few minutes and was here in a hour to complete the job. The job was to disconnect the hot tub and dispose it off. It was hot afternoon (90 degrees) but he did the job without complaining. He did the job meticulously and cleaned up thoroughly. He is patient and gets the job done."
