Despite having some weather issues, the project was still completed on time and with a high level of quality. Robert kept me updated as to what was going on throughout the project. He seemed to genuinely care about my home, treated the area with respect, and cleaned up after himself throughout the project. After the project was completed, the interaction with Renee at the office to effect payment of the final invoice was straightforward and pleasant.
