"Kim was excellent in his knowledge and problem solving for our issues. We had a small landing in our yard that had rotten boards. We had two large posts that rotted on the ground. Kim replaced everything and painted them and it looks terrific. He even repaired rotten wood on the garage door jamb. He also realigned our steps inside our garage for more space in parking our car. He would always call before arriving. The price was very reasonable and we would highly recommend Kim Conner. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
