"What a pleasant and knowledgable human. Mark took the time to explain the steps of each process prior to sending a quote. The quote was fair and the work was done well and efficient. Mark laid tarps down to protect the area and cleaned up so I couldn’t tell he was even there all day. An honest days work for an honest days pay. He did some electrical, some plumbing and some repair work. All tasks performed with obvious experience and professionalism. "Everything was perfect. I left a voicemail and he called me back within minutes. We discussed my problems and he understood my computer gibberish. He came to my house to pick up the laptop. He notified me that night about the cost of the replacement parts and length of shipping. He then contacted me when my computer was fixed. He delivered it to my house.

"Mike arrive on time and was very professional. He started immediately with the house by applying cleaning chemical. He took his time and made sure every area was clean before moving on. He let water dry on house and then walked around house to make sure he did not miss anything. House and porches took about 2 hours. Mike then did detached garage the same way. The concrete driveway had not been pressured washed in 15 years and he made it look almost brand new. He was polite and if we need anything extra done he did it without question. We have already booked him to redo our deck, repair vinyl siding and fix a couple more shingles on our roof.
