Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Bryan and Dylan repaired a failing "over-the garage door" shelving unit, and built a second, matching unit for the other side, Professionally assessed the job, priced it fairly and performed the work timely and professionally. Interestingly. the previous installation done by a local handyman was completed with substandard and minimal materials, and didn't last 2 years. I also requested a quote from the original builder to repair/ the failing shelf; he suggested adding steel strapping to the existing shelf supports. Conversationally, said the cost of these would be very inexpensive and the job could be done in 10-15 minutes. When his competitive quote came back, the cost was just $15 less than the quote from Dylan B. for TWO entirely new shelving unit installed with 2X6 supports and a much thicker base. A second project was installing all new outside vents with new covers, including mesh insect screens. All done with new products, fitted to size and a finished, professional look to our home. I can highly recommend Dylan B Painting and Maintenance for any project you may need completed.

Keith and Joe have a can do attitude, positive outlook and certainly standby their word. We hired them to repair our deck that was damaged during a storm and they were knowledgeable, dependable and willing to adapt during the construction process. They also kept the workspace clean during a pretty significant construction project. Great job team. Delivered on budget and on time!

Keith, the owner, is an awesome guy to work with. He does what he says he is going to do and gets it done when he is says it is going to be done in a first class high quality manner. The guys that work for Dylan B are skilled, personable and trustworthy. I hired Dylan B painting to paint the interior of my beach house and scrape and paint a popcorn ceiling. I could not be happier with their work. Dylan B does just about everything except roofing. I will definitely do business with Dylan B painting and repair in the future. By the way, pricing is competitive and reasonable, I highly recommend them.
