"Scott was excellent. He came quickly late in day on his way home. He solved the height issue by not using a ladder and hung out the window instead on second floor. He performed the fix on attaching the loose siding piece and repainted it. He replaced the screen and we took pictures. We even visited an under construction house to see base wall material. "
