"I live in Florida an own a rental property in Rochester NY. Needed some one to diagnose a give a estimate to find a kitchen ceiling leak. He had to come twice as Tenant was a no show 1st time, He came again found the source of the leak (a leaky faucet in upstairs Bath). Gave a fair estimate an repaired the ceiling an replaced faucet. "Jeff showed up on time and did his work professionally. He recommended replacing 4 vent covers due to splitting or rotting and gave me an estimate for that. He was gentlemanly and well-informed, didn't try to upsell things that weren't needed. I was aware of the deteriorating vent flanges because I had recently had my chimney cover replaced and the pro who did that notified me of their condition. I felt like Mighty Hands did what they were contracted to do in a way that made me confident of their work."

"We recently purchased a 3rd floor condo and needed the dryer vent cleaned. I spoke with Adam who gave me a quote over the phone and was at our place in less than 2 hours to do the work. And although the work was quite a bit more involved than originally expected he still honored his original price.
