That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. "The owner was super nice and his helper was as well. They were very respectful and prompt. However after the install, once I had a chance to look at the counter top I was not very impressed with a few things: the seam job; against the wall the joint is about 1/4" gap that was filled in but it joins flush at the other end. The straight cuts at either end of the counter are slightly crooked, and my biggest pet peeve is the sink is off center from the upper cabinets. For the price I expected better, but none the less it is completed."
