"E&W serviced our home generator for years without issue. We missed several years and so expected a fair bit of work when we requested a maintenance visit; we were told charge would be $175/h plus parts. The service provider seemed knowledgeable. However, at completion of service they charged me an extra 1.25 hours - when I asked they said it was to cover travel time from the provider's previous location to my home. I requested a refund for that amount and was told it had to go to the owner; for the past 3 weeks I have been leaving multiple messages and emails a week with no response at all. Plus, after a maintenance visit costing $1100, I was told that the coolant still needed to be changed, which would include replacing belts, sensors and thermostats. I don't trust them, feel swindled, and am very disappointed in what had been a go to company for years."

He showed up for every appointment right on time, was extremely informative and patient bringing samples and explaining options. This is the first construction project (of many) where we left town for the duration of the job; no regrets. Mike sent pictures throughout the process and called regularly with progress reports. Unfortunately, there was one critical oversight during the construction which, when discussed with Mike, he acknowledged was his misunderstanding and proceeded to spend a substantial amount of time, energy, and labor to make it right, never a grumble. The results were as good as we had hoped, perhaps better. Can't recommend Mike enough."
