"It went very well. The technician came by on a Friday and checked our system to determine what needed to be done, after which he gave us several options.  He told us to think over what we wanted to have done if anything.  If we chose to have nothing done he would then send us a bill for the visit the following week.   There were no scare tactics such as suggesting that if we didn't get a whole new system we would be sorry later.  Very professional.  We called them back on Monday and they came out that day and replaced the exhaust motor.  I would definitely use them again.
