"Frontpoint customer service was great. However, the product is self install, which wasn't for everyone. Because of the trim on our doors, we had to scotch tape the alarm , and it constantly falls off. Of course we cannot cancel the product since its been past the 30 days but its disappointing its not made for all door types. "
