The work was thorough, clearly explained, & the finished product looks excellent. But the biggest positive was the crew. They worked incredibly hard every day on a physically demanding, messy job, yet remained professional, disciplined, & respectful. They took great care of our home, kept debris contained, & cleaned up afterward. Matt took time to explain the full system to us & went above & beyond to help replace insulation that had fallen, even though it wasn't part of the job. Taylore & Gavin were equally helpful, helping us salvage & store shelving materials and remove a few stubborn pieces we couldn't manage ourselves. "They come to our home about every other month for service for maintenance and that costs about $80 per visit.  We also have a termite system that they check quarterly.  We pay a $300 annual fee for the termite system that includes an in home inspection, they crawl around the crawl space, bait the termite traps and check them.  They spray around our basement and doors.  They also spray the exterior of our home.  If we have anything particular we would like them to address they will.  My wife likes that she deals with the same person all the time.  They call in advance and set up an appointment time when my wife is going to be here.  I think they do a fine job and have no motivation to switch companies at all.  The pricing seems reasonable and I have not investigated other vendors. "
