**Caveat emptor**. If you choose to do business with Mr. Clark, be certain to get absolutely everything he says IN WRITING! And make sure you are crystal clear about what you are getting for what you are paying. He charges a king's ransom for his work and will not acknowledge HIS MISTAKES!

It went great! Gerrid and his crew were fantastic! On time always and very knowledgeable. Did not try to upsell anything which was a breath of fresh air. Actually we talked them into other upgrades. They worked very hard and completed the entire job within a few days. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone, as well as rehire for any other job we may have in the future. I would also like to mention Angela in the office, she was also extremely helpful and kind. Thank you Better breathing for Better Breathing !

We were very satisfied with Best Breathing. The owner is very knowledgeable, honest, and compassionate, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the work. At the initial visit he listened to our concerns, talked with us about options, and provided advice for how to proceed. He gave us a price quote immediately and started the work within a couple of days. The owner performed much of the work himself and made extra visits (at no charge) to our house to make sure everything was take care of. He was always available to answer any questions we had, and he was always extremely pleasant to work with. There were no hidden costs. Best Breathing did really great work at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

When I scheduled the cleaning I mentioned we had brand new (antique, very fine heart pine) hardwood floors that were natural and very delicate. I went out of town and the cleaning was performed. When I returned there were bleached areas throughout my upstairs hallway where chemicals had been allowed to drip on my floors. The company should have called to let me know there had been an accident. Furthermore, I made an arrangement to mail a check. We are moving to town today and were packing our out of town home during the cleaning. The afternoon after the cleaning I received a gruff voice mail demanding to know how I was going to pay for the service. When I called to discuss the problem I received only excuses from a man in the office. Bad, bad, bad!

"Dear Custumer, I would like to start out by saying.That when you called us about the bleach stains.I offered to come show you the excat chemicals that we told you we were gonna use.None of our Chemicals have any form of bleach in them.All our chemicals are color safe,and fabric friendly.We use these same chemicals to remediate the interior part of homes.Wall,floor,ceilings furniture,(ETC..) You then stated that someone had called you in an aggressive tone asking for payment. I can reassure you that no such phone call took place.The only people that would ever if ever call you regarding payment would have been either Ms.Christi,and or Ms.Angela There isnt an agressive bone in there bodies.You then stated that you were not going to pay the bill that you were gonna use that money to fix your floors.After our conversation,and the old rule customer is always right.We did not charge you for the service that was completed at 100% just as we told we would.Your total bill was $700.00 which was never paid. With all do respect i would say that was a gift from us to you."

On time ,on budget , squeezed us in since we had a time issue.Explained everything to us so we understood . His crew was professional and polite!Gave us options for payment , although no money was exchanged until job was done.And the job wasn't done till Friday night at 7pm ,and they all stayed till the end, till it was done and done right!The best company I've dealt with in a long time and although I hope I never have this issue again , I will deal with nobody but Gerrid and his crew, they are simply the best!

They' were on time and brought all their equipment with them. They said it would take two days and it only took one! In every single category on their report card they deserve straight A's. They went above and beyond and I can't tell you how wonderful and good the supervisor was. He's like a boy scout manager. So incredible! He's actually an ex-boxer from NYC, too.

Supervisor and 5 man crew arrived at approx. 8-8:30 AM and immediately began work although it was raining. They off-loaded all equipment to install and tools to accomplish the job. Supervisor gave a few words of direction and the workers had only a few questions before beginning work...Although 2 days was scheduled to complete the work, with the 5 member crew and 'hands-on' supervisor, they were able to complete all work in one day. Everything appears to function as contracted and we are pleased with the work accomplished.

I gave the company a deposit to get work started, and then did some further research on the work that needed to be done. I contracted companies that gave opinions and bids. I found that there was some discrepancy on the work that had been originally suggested. I contacted Best Breathing to request my deposit back because I no longer wanted them to do work on my home. I was told that I could not have my deposit back because they had used it to purchase the insulation for the job at my home, which was not what I was told would initially happen. I spoke with the office manager, because I was referred to her. She said that she could refund $300. I told her that was unacceptable and I needed the full deposit. She was adamant that they would not be refunding any more than the $300 and that if that was not acceptable I was free to take other measures.

"after you cancelled your appointments 3 different times.We told you that the only way we would put you back on the schedule is if you put down a non refundable deposit.You then called back a fourth time and agreed to put down a non refundable deposit to secure a date and time to complete the project for you.Once again you canceled the project in which case your non refundable deposit was not going to be refunded to you.In fact we also told you that we would still come do the work for you at a later date as well as make your deposit available to use toward your project. Every time you scheduled a job and the canceled the day of the job we loose money as well as our guys.It is very hard to replace your job with another job on the same day.This happen four times in a row."

They were prompt, came the day before, was on time, and told us what to expect, etc. He came back the next day and removed the mold. He completed the job with 48 hours of our initial contact. He recommended a few contractors to rebuild where the mold was, none of which worked out, but I dont think that is on him. Thay did the job I hired them to do.

The representative was very good at maintaining contact with me setting up the appointment and communicating when his time constraints changed a bit. That was great because he did not keep me in the dark. He was courteous, professional, respectful,, prompt and he seemed skilled.
The representative inspected for mold in a small area of my attick/closet ceiling. He not only treated the effected areas, but also fixed the cause of the problem (condensation).
I could not ask for better service, would use them again and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
