"Never work with this company. We hired Aaron and team to paint our main room and remodel 2 1/2 bathrooms. It took them 5 1/2 months and resulted in us loosing rental income (because they were not done on time). They were done in May and our contract said they would be done in Jan/Feb. The owner was combative, belligerent and never available. We have texts from him that just make my blood boil because the way he talked to us was so inappropriate. The quality of work was horrible. They installed mis-matched tile (and didn't think we would notice), the vanity drawers are uneven and cheap, there were unpatched holes in the ceiling, they left bags over smoke detectors, and every bathroom fixture was falling off the wall because they forgot to install set screws. He treated our house like it was a dumpster. We are so disappointed with the finished product. We hope no one has to endure what we did working with Corolla PPP and Aaron."

Though a hot tub has many benefits, there are a few cons. Mainly, hot tubs require a lot of maintenance. You’ll need to deep clean yours quarterly, test the pH at least once or twice a week, and add sanitizing chemicals once a week. The general rule of thumb is to lower it by about five degrees when you know you’re not using your hot tub for an extended period of time. If you don’t plan to use your hot tub that often, you can turn it off as long as there’s no risk of freezing.

The biggest hot tub expenses are heating and repairs, but you can preserve your investment with regular maintenance.

Unfortunately, a hot tub does use a relatively large amount of electricity. In fact, much of the money you spend on your hot tub will go toward electricity costs to keep the water heated. A typical hot tub will use anywhere from 1,500 to 6,000 watts of electricity per month.
