Never work with this company. We hired Aaron and team to paint our main room and remodel 2 1/2 bathrooms. It took them 5 1/2 months and resulted in us loosing rental income (because they were not done on time). They were done in May and our contract said they would be done in Jan/Feb. The owner was combative, belligerent and never available. We have texts from him that just make my blood boil because the way he talked to us was so inappropriate. The quality of work was horrible. They installed mis-matched tile (and didn't think we would notice), the vanity drawers are uneven and cheap, there were unpatched holes in the ceiling, they left bags over smoke detectors, and every bathroom fixture was falling off the wall because they forgot to install set screws. He treated our house like it was a dumpster. We are so disappointed with the finished product. We hope no one has to endure what we did working with Corolla PPP and Aaron.

Not good, the 7 year warranty only lasted 7 months. The paint on all sides of the house show peeling. All I have heard is I will make it right which has not happened. The excuses and BS is all I hear. The project was poorly managed from the start. There was spilled paint and over spray which he said he did not do just like the story that the paint manufacturer had a Bad Batch and not the way he applied it. In addition there were parts not painted at all. I had written a post back in January stating the same as above. That is when I received an email where he would make it right if I took it down. Here we are at the end of May and the only thing that was done was a staged photo of 3 people standing in front of the pool fence pretending to work. When I made it down here mid May Nothing had been done and he said they were gearing up, for what I have no idea.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed], we are sorry you were not satisfied with work completed at your home. Your home was prepped via pressure washing, sanding, scraping and another light clean to ready your home for paint and stain applications. Your oceanfront home had several areas of rotted siding and trim which needed replaced. We notified you of the areas, but you chose not to correct all of them. We explained to you that when rotted siding is painted or stained over, it will not last and it will peel off, and as a result, we could not warranty our work. You asked us to move forward with painting/staining without correcting all siding/trim first, thus, the peeling paint and stain. The photos you have posted are after we returned and sanded/scraped/prepped to apply new coats of stain. The coats of stain had not yet been applied in the photos provided. We provide a warranty when we are able to apply the paint/stain according to the standards of the paint/stain, in this case that was not possible and we could not warranty any work per our signed contract and original scope of work. We have had and continue to have many satisfied customers. We are very sorry you are unhappy with your experience."

Aaron came right out to give us his estimate and what was included. He came right on schedule every day and did an absolutely outstanding job. Everything was taped off, a tiny bead of caulk was applied between wood and drywall which totally cleaned up the not so neat job done by the last painter. Everything is crisp and clean. Cleanup was done every day so that we were able to live comfortably in the house during the entire time of the job. He helped us save money on the job by allowing us to do any of the work that we wished such as cleaning baseboards, picking up paint and supplies, moving as much furniture and incidentals as we could.
Overall, Corolla PPP exceeded our expectations.
