Since we want them to be in good shape for this winter, I had them inspected. The technician arrived on time, checked the units and condensate drains, cleaned the filters and checked the refrigerant. At the end he informed me of his findings (no problems). A job well done."

"Work has been scheduled for early in 2019, but they could not have been more helpful and professional in explaining our options, how our home would get the most out of the panels, and how much we are likely to save. They were explicit about costs and available rebates. We were instructed to apply for a rebate from our local energy supplier and they literally walked us through the time specific rebate procedure. We made some minor changes to their standard contract and they accepted those changes without question. I can only assume their work will be up to these standards when we do the actual installation."

"Communications and scheduling were awful. Took forever and 7 calls to actually get them to send the quote. When I call they say Jorge will call back, he doesn't. Call him, and his voicemailbox is always full. Three times the roofers were scheduled to come and they never showed up, never called. Really regret using them. When the roofer finally showed up, he was a sub contractor that didn't really know what he was supposed to do. Felt bad for him, he had to bring his little boy who just wandered around my back yard while he worked on my roof. The actual work seems fine, it's the whole process of working with them that is awful. Can't figure out who they actually are, Findlay Roofing, Roof Roof, Mighty Dog Roofing? That was probably my first warning flag."

"I don’t even know where to start with how pleased I am with my experience with Ramos Waterproofing and Crawlspace Sealing (RWCS). I had seven quotes and RWCS was hands-down the best one. We just bought our first home and did not fully realize the extent of issues in our crawlspace. After fixing the drainage issues from outside, we had them come in and finish everything off. Taking on such an expense after putting so much money into buying a house was so anxiety producing. Caesar answered my bajillion questions and never seemed irritated or bothered. He responded so quickly. I feel like there should’ve been a line item on my quote for “world’s most annoying customer who asks so many questions.” Caesar and his crew were prompt, efficient, and cleaned up every single day. We did our job in two stages. Over two he did the inside French drain, removed vapor barrier, nasty insulation, installed the sump pump where it should’ve been installed to begin with, mold remediation, and got a dehumidifier installed. We had to go out of town right after this happened and he was so kind to go over and check our crawlspace during a rain to make sure that we 100% fixed our outside drainage issues once we saw that we solved our outside problems, he came back today and finished the full encapsulation. It is perfect. I can finally breathe and start to enjoy my new home. Thank you so much and sorry for all my questions lol ? I will sing this company‘s praises for as long as I can!"

"I would say when the quote was done the guy was very impatient BUT seemed very knowledgeable… Until he calls back that afternoon with the contracts and at this point he has no clue what anything means doesn’t know what the extra charge is he decided to add on for the 3 properties and tried to pass it off for us to just call his office number so we can make payment to avoid having to talk about it especially when $600+ is involved I’d like for you to answer a few questions.. not unreasonable.. So finally after we get our answers, we call the office to make a payment the girl originally seemed nice took our payment And then a week later we get a call and they say we never paid anything… So we check our bank account and it looks like she mischarged us only paid $200 when it should’ve been way more but would not own her mistake and told us that we should’ve told her there were three properties but what’s weird is all three properties are on the same contract and if you had a computer system you would’ve seen this and you said you had the contract in front of you so you would need to add the totals DUHHHHHH… but it’s OK you know a good customer support representative would’ve owned their mistake, apologized, and corrected the issue… you should not keep pointing the finger at the customer as it is never their problem for system flaws!!! I would not recommend these people if you guys want good service these people just want your money they don’t give a crap about you nor do they have good workmanship they charge you up the butt for nothing and do not warrantee any of it either"

"Very responsive to come out ainitially and access damage and get fixed as all was paid for by insurance. They also agreed to installing a skylight where the tree came thru (there was not a skylight before). It was installed well and has never leaked. That's all the good news I have folks. HOWEVER we had 'total replacement to original status' insurance coverage and first go around all they were going to do was patch damaged areas of roof. matching tiles "as best they can". After much bickering back and forth, they finally replaced entire roof. 3 times. yes, three times as the first 2 times work was substandard- and eaked. They did not overlap roof tiles and did not flash properly. When insurance overseer finally agreed to redo entire roof to "original" with a 30 year guarantee, she was subsequently fired by the insurance company after the job was done. Inside the house, the subcontractor they hired to fix our wall and ceiling was horrendous. "Johnny" from Mississippi put up a wall that was not linear -nit bowed. He said our house was crooked and he could not fix that. There was a good 2 feet crawl space between inside wall and outside house. We insisted he redo it (multiple times.) till he got it straight, finally, He said "the wife" was being too fussy. Then he replaced smooth ceiling with a popcorn ceiling because he said he couldn't fix the drywall plaster lines...now we have the task of taking off the popcorn, replacing the drywall ceiling, and replastering correctly. . We grew weary of him and decided not to have him redo. As for coming "on time", well, we learned that "on time" is a relative term...seems to mean just showing up sometime in the morning. Bottom line: Don't let your insurance company bully you into using this company and certainly do NOT hire them on your own."
