"First job completed a few weeks ago, I hired for a second project that starts tomorrow. If he can do it, he will. If he can not, he will explain why, or what extra it would take. Of the half dozen businesses I had show up to estimate he was not the cheapest, but he was well within fair value still while producing exactly what he promised.
