"Will has excellent customer service and is always on time he's good at communicating and letting me know what he finds on the rug if it's going to be an issue or anything especially since I have a pet. "Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"Cleaning service was okay. Instead of working for quality, they were working based on time. There were areas I specifically requested to be cleaned that were not touched like the master bathroom shower. Baseboards looked great, but again, I saw areas that were not cleaned all the way."

"I moved the bed and furniture out of the room. I left a small dresser and desk in the center of the floor. The cleaning person cleaned around these items and said he was finished. I could not believe he was going to leave and not clean those spots. This was very unprofessional. He cleaned the spots after my wife and I moved the items. "Check All Work""
