We are a family-run home inspection company with a heart for homeowners and real estate agents. Our mission is to provide a thorough inspection and provide our clients with the knowledge they need to properly care for their home and make informed decisions. "DO NOT hire Wilson & Sons for your home inspection, you will regret it and they won’t care. In October 2021, Wilson & Sons was recommended to us for our home inspection. Mr. Andrew Wilson performed the inspection and indicated on the report that he had in fact inspected the duct & heating system. Upon reading through his report, my husband & I did not ask for credits related to the heating & duct system based on his representation. After moving in, we quickly realized there were a myriad of issues including a hole in the air return, pinched ducts, restricted/no air flow in rooms, etc. and we were forced to replace the entire ductwork system for $8,300. Wilson & Son's acknowledged that not finding the hole in the air return was in fact their fault but only wanted to offer $225 for our troubles, when the cost of the inspection & testing itself was $812. This offer was completely offensive and shows their lack of remorse for the situation."
