Home Inspections are our specialty. My name is Dave Tursi. I’m the President/ CEO of PPR Home Inspections – also known as the Inspection Detective. We’d love to inspect your home, or consult you on your next, DIY, do it yourself home renovation. I have 11 years experience as a home inspector and over 20yrs buying, renovating, and selling residential Real Estate in North Carolina and South Carolina. Based in Rock Hill, SC, we perform Home Inspections for York County and the surrounding areas in SC, and Mecklenburg County, and its surrounding counties near Charlotte, NC.
