Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. "A Free Estimate was provided. Although the initial quote was a bit high they did come down on the price to what I thought was a fair price. Due to their volume of work, I was scheduled for service about 3 weeks out. The gentlemen who provided the work showed up and explained the process. They were professional and cleaned up before leaving each day. The job took 2 days to complete. The first day they dug the holes and poured the concrete for the jack foundations. The next day they installed the jacks. They provided us with an explanation of the work performed and told us that they would make annual inspections of the work performed. We were provided a 25 year warranty on the work performed by mail approximately 3 days later. So far we are very happy with the results. Our floors are no longer sagging and most of the creaks have been removed. I would recommend and use Southeastern Foundation Repair again.
