He gave us a fast and fair quote. Our job was able to be completed within three weeks of scheduling it. It took four days for Chris, Kenny and their crew to install an internal french drain system in my basement and crawl space as well as a door drain along with a sump and backup. They were kind, respectful, and efficient. They did a great job and cleaned up the basement work area and my property when they were done. Maryl in the business office was great to work with. "The first one they ordered was the wrong kind so this delayed the installation. The plumbing company they used had to come back after the installation because there was a leak at the wall. Thank goodness it was in the garage. I was not happy that I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades which were not covered by my policy."

"A Free Estimate was provided. Although the initial quote was a bit high they did come down on the price to what I thought was a fair price. Due to their volume of work, I was scheduled for service about 3 weeks out. The gentlemen who provided the work showed up and explained the process. They were professional and cleaned up before leaving each day. The job took 2 days to complete. The first day they dug the holes and poured the concrete for the jack foundations. The next day they installed the jacks. They provided us with an explanation of the work performed and told us that they would make annual inspections of the work performed. We were provided a 25 year warranty on the work performed by mail approximately 3 days later. So far we are very happy with the results. Our floors are no longer sagging and most of the creaks have been removed. I would recommend and use Southeastern Foundation Repair again.
