He came right in, knew what he needed to do, did things without mess and then brought a vacuum with him and cleaned as he went. He set aside all paperwork from my new tv for me and ran new electricity up the wall so there's no wires hanging down for my 3 year old to pull on. He had so much patience with my 3 and 6 year old. He had product recommendations when I had questions about speakers and we will be using him again after my new surround sound arrives."
