It was a bit complicated because the failed boards were along the deck perimeter and required the dismantling of deck railing and other parts. Josh found the sole manufacturer of the boards (in Canada) and located distributers in the US and sorted out the delivery logistics...not a fun task. He called me and we discussed various options and came to an agreement on the cost and timing which I thought was very reasonable.
