"Will has excellent customer service and is always on time he's good at communicating and letting me know what he finds on the rug if it's going to be an issue or anything especially since I have a pet. Will have been cleaning my carpet probably for the last 15 years and always does an excellent job. He's one of the first ones that I recommend When anybody asked me for a carpet cleaner."

"I've used fiberclean carpet cleaning in the past. I received an email approximately a month ago as a reminder to get my carpets cleaned before The holidays. As it turned out I was planning a move so I scheduled a carpet cleaning approximately a month from the reminder text. They verified a day ahead that I still needed my carpets cleaned. They got stuck in traffic but called to let me know they were running late. They were still only five or 10 minutes after our agreed-upon time. Fiberclean is great about looking for pet stains with the blacklight that are not visible to the naked eye. They did an excellent job on some really dirty carpet. They scrubbed the edges of the carpet where it meets the wall where years of dust had settled into the carpet. The carpets are significantly cleaner and look almost new in several areas. I highly recommend fiber clean"

You can use a pressure washer to clean the outdoor condenser coils if the dirt buildup is too heavy for a garden hose and sprayer. Use a gentle setting on your pressure washer to avoid damage to the coils and fins. Do not use a pressure washer on indoor evaporator coils.

Both an air purifier and a dehumidifier can help prevent future mold growth, but neither can remove existing mold. An air purifier will improve air quality and trap mold spores in the air, whereas a dehumidifier will reduce moisture in the environment. Keep in mind that you need to make sure your air purifier uses HEPA filters, which are rated for mold removal.

NATE-certified technicians may charge slightly higher service fees compared to non-certified technicians. This is because NATE certification signifies a higher level of expertise and professionalism, often leading to more efficient and effective HVAC repairs and installations. While the upfront cost may be marginally higher, NATE-certified technicians can potentially save you money in the long run by reducing energy consumption, preventing frequent breakdowns, and extending the life span of your HVAC system. When looking for a local HVAC company to hire, it never hurts to ask about NATE certifications.

For washable or electrostatic air conditioner filters, you can soak and rinse them with water. If you rinse the filter with water, make sure to use a faucet, shower head, or garden hose with a gentle water pressure setting, as strong water pressure could damage the filter.

But for disposable filters, water could ruin the filter, even allowing mold to grow in the filter. Instead, these filters should be replaced.

There are several reasons why your furnace filter might get dirty quickly. For example, if you run your furnace often, more air—and therefore, more contaminants—will flow through the system and clog your filter. Having pets is another reason that your filter accumulates dirt quickly. Also, thinner filters will get dirty faster than thicker ones.
