Technician was here for 7 days and was the most pleasant person, a lot of work was done. He had someone helping him out. "Went good for a about 4 days he was paid in full and had a crew there. But when the bill was paid in full he only had about one day and a half left for his crew . 2 people showed up next day didn’t do much, and never came back. He was supposed to send information so I could send out 1099 . Wouldn’t and wouldn’t finish the job. So I am talking to the city about him doing work without a license and beating the city and state on taxes.. he is a crook... he was to finish all demo. Put in load bearing beam after the took out the load bearing wall . Was not installed properly. Left screws hanging out of the beam.. left the trash out back. Left most old duck work still in. Had to have someone else remove it and finish his work."
